This certificated course is designed to re validate the Workplace First Aid Certificate. This course ensures participants update and refresh their first aid knowledge and practical skills in all major areas.

Safety & Barriers
Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation
Wounds, bleeding and shock
Choking manoeuvres
Head, neck and spinal injuries
Updates on burns, poisoning, allergies, fractures etc

The Unit Standards associated with this course are:
6400 - Manage first aid in emergency situations (level 3, 2 credits)
6401 - Provide first aid (level 2, 1 credit)
6402 - Provide resuscitation level 2 (level 1, 1 credit)
